
The Simple Joy of Breathing

Hello and welcome! My name is Lindsy Hall, and I’m honored to share Breathe Yoga with you. My path has always been guided by creativity, healing, and a deep desire to help others find peace and balance.
My journey began with a love of art—pottery, painting, and sewing—creative practices that became a form of meditation and self-discovery. That same spirit of healing and expression led me to study Massage Therapy in 2008 and later to dive into Yoga, completing my 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification in 2012 and a 300-hour advanced certification in 2018. Since then, I’ve taught a variety of styles including Children’s Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Power, and Slow Flow; always weaving in chanting, breathwork, and meditation.
In 2013, I began studying Reiki energy healing, completing my certification for Reiki Master training in 2018. Blending Reiki with massage, yoga, and meditation allows me to offer deeply restorative sessions that nurture both body and spirit. Most recently, in 2023, I expanded my practice to include Sound Bath Healing, using crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to guide students into profound relaxation and energetic balance.
At Breathe Yoga, I bring together these healing modalities—yoga, guided meditation, sound therapy, and Coherent Heart Reiki—to create experiences that restore harmony and support your personal journey of growth and renewal.
