Throughout this immersive experience, you’ll explore the principles of Reiki, receive attunements to activate your healing abilities, and practice techniques for self-treatment and energetic care. You’ll also be guided in breath-work, meditation, and simple heart coherence practices to deepen your connection to your intuition and emotional well-being.
You will learn:
- The history and principles of Reiki
- How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself

Level Two: Mental & Emotional Clearing + Distance Healing
Level Two of the Coherent Heart Reiki journey deepens your relationship with Reiki energy and expands your ability to offer healing across space, time, and emotional layers of the self. This training focuses on mental and emotional clearing, introducing powerful Reiki symbols to assist in transforming limiting beliefs, releasing past trauma, and supporting deep inner change.
You will learn how to send Reiki healing across distances, support others energetically, and work with the subconscious patterns that contribute to addiction, negative thought loops, and emotional imbalances. With the support of heart coherence practices and guided self-inquiry, you’ll explore how Reiki can heal not only the present moment, but also past lives, ancestral patterns, and stored emotional pain.
This training blends practical techniques with intuitive guidance, giving you tools to both continue your own healing journey and begin supporting others with confidence and care.
You will learn:
- The Level Two Reiki symbols and their uses for mental, emotional, and distance healing
- How to send Reiki energy across time and space (to past, future, or distant individuals)

This level focuses on embodying Reiki with greater presence, intuition, and confidence. You’ll receive the Master Symbol—an advanced tool for deep spiritual healing, energetic transformation, and higher consciousness. Through refined techniques, meditation, and heart coherence practices, you’ll learn to navigate subtle energy with clarity and purpose while expanding your ability to support healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

You will learn:
